Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep Dezite and the sites built on it safe and lawful for everyone.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your Dezite account, your use of the Service, and every website you create or publish with it. By using Dezite you agree to these rules, which supplement our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Dezite to create, host, or distribute content that is illegal; infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; is defamatory, harassing, or hateful; sexually exploits or endangers minors; promotes violence or terrorism; or contains malware or deceptive “phishing” material.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls; scrape or place an unreasonable load on the Service; or resell the Service without authorization.

4. Your Responsibility for Published Sites

You are solely responsible for the content of the sites you publish and for the data you collect from their visitors, including maintaining your own privacy notices and complying with applicable law. Dezite is a tool; it does not review or endorse the content you publish.

5. AI Features

AI-assisted generation must not be used to produce content that violates this policy. You are responsible for reviewing and for the final content you publish, whether written by you or generated with AI assistance.

6. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may — depending on severity — warn you, restrict features, suspend or unpublish a site, or suspend or terminate your account. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to cure; egregious or illegal activity may be actioned immediately.

7. Reporting Abuse

To report content or conduct that may violate this policy, email support@dezite.com with the site address and a description of the issue.
