We build websites for makers who ship.
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the Service and to understand how to improve it.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website function and remember your choices. We use a small number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies, described below.
2. Essential Cookies
These are required for the Service to work: they keep you signed in, secure your editing session, and remember whether you are in edit or preview mode. They cannot be switched off because the Service cannot function without them.
3. Analytics Cookies
We use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how the product is used so we can improve it. These are set only on our own dashboard — not on the customer sites you publish — are anonymized, and can be declined without affecting core functionality.
We also set a first-party cookie named “_dz_ft” that lasts up to 13 months. It lets us recognize a returning visitor and connect their earlier activity to their account if they later sign up, so we can understand where people get stuck before creating a site. It holds no personal information — only a random identifier — and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
4. Payment Cookies
During checkout, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies to process your payment securely and to detect and prevent fraud. They are set only while you are completing a purchase.
5. Cookies on Sites You Publish
The websites you build and publish with Dezite do not set analytics or advertising cookies by default. If you add third-party tools or embeds to your own site, those may set their own cookies, for which you are responsible.
6. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or editing. We honor Do Not Track browser signals for analytics.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last update” date shown above.
